resulting in: Productive and/or meaningful activities Fulfilling relationships Ability to adapt, adjust,
and manage with difficulties

2. What are the things mentioned by the young people in video on how to take care one’s mental
health?
Productive Activities, Fulfilling Relationships and Ability to adapt and change and cope
with adversity. According to the video we can take care of our mental health by building
relationships with other and learn new skills and be active.
3. How mental health affects in life of an individual?
It affects the life of an individual by how they think, feel and act.

My school home works and household I handle them by time management.
