The essence of culture to the understanding of oneself, is on understanding human behavior and

thoughts in adopting other cultures, so as a person we can learn to adopt other cultures, in that we can
understand ourselves or our personality. And also culture can influence our self. And as a person the
cultural beliefs, we need to adopt because that is inherited to our family, like to be quit when their an
adult and respect them. We should follow their rules in adopt to our self. And The cultural beliefs we
should adopt to our self, which is grew up with their behavior , like just saying "po" at "opo" to elderly
person just for respect them or just greeting them. And also as a person we should follow the rules or
the law in the society. And also the culture we can adopt and also we can reject their culture but you
need to adjust if you encounter some people that have their own culture. And also we can borrow
culture but remember we have an original culture that we inherited to us. In that example of culture we
should know the essence of the culture, because of the culture we understand our self better, like
knowing our personality. Culture provides important social and economic benefits in our self and
improve our learning about other cultures and help us to communicate with other or relationship with
others. And the essence of culture to the understanding of oneself the influences of their culture ,
values, and beliefs. So when we are encounter other cultures, beliefs we need to accept their cultures
and beliefs that is one of our values us oneself we can be good and respectful because we are accepting
other cultures, and also we are good in communicators, and we can improve our relationship with
others. And we can adopt new cultures, when we interact other cultures, and knowing other behavior.
And also we can aware on other cultures, like you experience culture shock because you are not aware
of other cultures, so we need to be aware and we need to respect their cultures, as they accept our
culture.
