Photography & Art Club of our Institute invites creative minds to participate in Club Name & Logo
Design Drive to create a logo for Photography & Art Club to represent the Club on global platform.

Guideline for Club Name & Logo Design Drive:

 Club Name should be match with photo-art domain. Unique name will be preferred.
 Club Name should be a single word, which will contain only alphabets.
 Club Logo should be unique, must not be copied from any other society.
 The logo & name must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
Multiple submissions by the same participant would be considered.
 Minimum Size of Logo shall be 4” X 4” (4 inches X 4 inches), submit logo in jpg, jpeg, pdf
format only. High Resolution version will be asked to submit if required.
 Logo shall not use any material (Photograph, icon, symbol etc) that is copyright protected.
Anyone found infringing on others' copyright would be rejected from the drive. The
competent authority shall not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or
infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.

Last Date for the submission: 28.05.2022.

Membership Drive for the Photography & Art Club is going on, those who have not submitted the
form before, those who want to join in multiple clubs, those who have submitted the form but fee
submission is pending all of them are requested to submit the membership fees of ₹25 (annual
membership fee) to club convenor through Cash/UPI Payment asap. Those who will submit the
membership fees by this month they might be a part of club committee.
