TITLE: Employee problems and their consequences in the
technology industry: Evidence from surveys and counseling
records

Abstract: Organizations should help employees with common problems.
Two approaches identified work and non-work employee problems in the
technology industry with psychosomatic health and life satisfaction. Study 1
used questionnaires problems faced by lower-level employees working in the
technology industry. Study 2 evaluated employees behaviors by counseling
records collected from an employee assistance service company. Work
problems were the only problems reported in both studies. Several problems
cited in counseling records (legal issues, career development and emotional
problems) but not in the surveys. Future research should apply these
observations to develop scales for measuring employee stressors.
TITLE: Knowledge management, decision-making style and
organizational performance

Abstract: Industry 4.0 literature describes that knowledge management and
decision making strategies are crucial factors for organizations. This research
proposes a framework that supports the relationship between knowledge
management factors (organizational member's collaboration, T-shaped skills,
learning and IT-support) organizational performance and knowledge creation
process. decision-making style moderates the relationship between knowledge
creation process and organizational performance. A set of idea research agenda,
and describe the relationships between the focal variables are presented to
enhance audience's understanding within a business context.
