say it's not. I see both advantages and disadvantages.
But in my opinion the disadvantage is more.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and so on. When we use

Tiktok.
Although there are many advantages, in my opinion
the disadvantages are more. Using social media can
adversely affect your health such as bones and eyes.
