    WRITING TASK 1

    The line chart illustrates the number of inquiries sent to the Tourist
    Information Office in a particular city via three means of communication, from
    January to June in 2021.
    Looking at the chart, we see that tourists come to the city to ask in person
    and by phone more than by letter or email. Looking at the chart, we see that

    In January, the Information Office received 900 inquiries by phone,
    followed by mail/email with nearly 800 inquiries. Finally, more than 400 direct
    inquiries from visitors. Over the next three months there was a change. Telephone
    is still in first place, but second place this time is direct inquiry with 800 inquiries.
    And finally, ask by mail/email with 700 turns. From April to June, both phone calls
    and direct inquiries tend to increase continuously. Ask directly in first place when
    continuously increasing from 800 to 1900 times. The second is the phone when
    increasing from 100- to 1600 turns. Meanwhile, the number of inquiries via
    mail/email continued to decline sharply, dropping from more than 700 to nearly
    400 times.

    WRITING TASK 2

    Currently, it is a very modern 4.0 technology era, but it is accompanied by


    changes in people. And the fact that children spend their free time on technology
    items is one of those changes.
    Some of the beneficial aspects of spending free time on technology items are
    to support self-study such as looking up more documents, expanding the scope of
    knowledge beyond the knowledge acquired in school. The second is to help
    connect people with each other like with the current epidemic situation, people
    can't see each other often, so technology has helped us maintain empathy with
    everyone.
    However, in my opinion the disadvantages still outweigh the benefits. Since
    children are not yet fully self-sufficient, it is harmful to indulge in advanced
    technology. Like spending too much time sitting still, they will be lazy to do
    sports, leading to increased bone diseases or even obesity. In addition, some games
    can be addictive, which will affect your studies and time for yourself as well as
    your family.
    In conclusion, while there are some advantages of children spending time on
    advanced technologies, it seems to me that the disadvantages are more significant.
