The line chart illustrates the number of inquiries sent to the Tourist
Information Office in a particular city via three means of communication, from
January to June in 2021.
Looking at the chart, we see that tourists come to the city to ask in person
and by phone more than by letter or email. Looking at the chart, we see that

In January, the Information Office received 900 inquiries by phone,
followed by mail/email with nearly 800 inquiries. Finally, more than 400 direct
inquiries from visitors. Over the next three months there was a change. Telephone
is still in first place, but second place this time is direct inquiry with 800 inquiries.
And finally, ask by mail/email with 700 turns. From April to June, both phone calls
and direct inquiries tend to increase continuously. Ask directly in first place when
continuously increasing from 800 to 1900 times. The second is the phone when
increasing from 100- to 1600 turns. Meanwhile, the number of inquiries via
mail/email continued to decline sharply, dropping from more than 700 to nearly
400 times.
