the Rashtriya Indian Military College for theTerm JANUARY, 2023.
The undersigned is directed to send herewith the Admit Card along with the Rules for the
guidance of the candidates for the written test of his/her son/ daughter and to request him/her to
ensure appearance of his/her son/ daughter at the Examination Centre at West Bengal University
of Teachers' Training, Education Planning & Administration (Erstwhile David Hare Training
College), 25/2 & 25/3, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata - 700 019 on the 04th (Saturday)
JUNE, 2022 at 08.30 A.M. positively.

RULES FOR THE GUIDANCE OF THE CANDIDATES
1. Candidates before they enter the Examination hall must leave outside any books, notes, or
papers, they may have with them and must take with them into the hall only the Admit
Cards allowing them to attend the Examination and their pen. No umbrellas. etc. May be
taken into the Examination Hall.
2. A seat with a number corresponding to that on the Admit Card he has received will be
allotted to each candidate and a book in which to write his answers will be found on his
desk. Candidates should be required to find out and occupy their allotted seats.
3. Candidates must take their seats at least 15 minutes before the time fixed for giving out the
papers.
4. Any candidate detected in helping another or attempting to obtain unfair assistance will be
struck off the list of the candidates. No communication whatever between candidates while
under examination will be allowed. Candidates are not permitted to have in their possession
while in the Examination Room any book, memorandum or pocket book, notes of papers,
whatever (even if these papers are in no way connected with the subject under
examination) except the questions set by the examiners the Admit Card and the Book
provided for writing out the answers with a sheet of blotting paper. Candidates disregarding
the caution are liable to the same penalty as these who may be detected in using unfair
means.
5. No candidate without the permission of the supervisor is to leave his seat or the
Examination Room until the end of the examination. Each candidate will write on the cover
of the answer book and also note there his name and Roll Number. Candidates are warned
that no answer paper will be valued unless the candidate's name and number are clearly
written on it.
6. Candidates will be required to sign their names or answer questions when required by the
invigilator.
7. No candidate will be allowed to leave the room until an hour has elapsed from the time
when the papers are given out.
8. A question paper will in no case be given to any candidate who is more than half an hour
late.
9. Candidate having completed his paper must hand it over to an invigilator before leaving
Examination Hall. Those who stay till the end shall remain at their desks until their books
have been collected by the invigilators. The answer paper must on no account left on the
desk.
10. Candidates are required to provide themselves with pen, pencil and rubber for their use at
the Examination Hall.
