1. SYMPTOM  Failure of exam to transfer to PACs server but ping and verify are 
successful.  One possible cause may be due to the below. 
2. SCOPE  Some PACs systems are unable to accept uncompressed image format 
3. EQUIPMENT/TOOLS  None 
REQUIRED 
4. CONTENT  Change the compression level from None to JPEG Lossy in Figure 1.  Leave the 
compression quality at 100% for best image quality.  This is located in the 
Media configuration page under the Archive menu tree.
