SC AC No. 31-2020 - All courts shall “drastically reduce operations” until 15 April

- Skeleton staff must be maintained for urgent matters
- Night courts are completely suspended
- All courts shall only operate from 9 AM to 3 PM
- No work in all units (except: urgent matters, payment of salaries,
2019 Bar Results, security)
- All hearings are suspended until 15 April 2020, except urgent
matters
- Filings falling due from 15 March 2020 until 15 April 2020 are
EXTENDED for 30 days from 16 April 2020
- Filing may still be done during such period but only if allowed
through fax/electronic means
- Non-urgent actions are SUSPENDED and are rescheduled.
Court action periods are likewise EXTENDED for 30 days from
16 April 2020
- Drafting of decisions to continue at home
- Meetings are deferred
