OFFICE/ RELEASE REGULATORY BODY SC AC No. 31-2020 - All courts shall “drastically reduce operations” until 15 April 16 March 2020 2020 - Skeleton staff must be maintained for urgent matters - Night courts are completely suspended - All courts shall only operate from 9 AM to 3 PM - No work in all units (except: urgent matters, payment of salaries, 2019 Bar Results, security) - All hearings are suspended until 15 April 2020, except urgent matters - Filings falling due from 15 March 2020 until 15 April 2020 are EXTENDED for 30 days from 16 April 2020 - Filing may still be done during such period but only if allowed through fax/electronic means - Non-urgent actions are SUSPENDED and are rescheduled. Court action periods are likewise EXTENDED for 30 days from 16 April 2020 - Drafting of decisions to continue at home - Meetings are deferred SC AC No. 30-2020 Period: 15 March 2020 – 12 April 2020 13 March 2020 ALL COURTS in the NCJR to operate with skeletal workforce Community Quarantine for Judges and justices on standby for action on urgent matters National Capital Judicial Courts outside NCJR to continue full operation Region *Note: the SC has sdopted an “expanded suspension” of trial court hearings until 12 April SC (In furtherance of AC 26-2020) Period: 13 March 2020 – 18 March 2020 13 March 2020 - Reset hearings and inform parties of new schedule Suspension of hearings - Pen orders and decisions and act on other pending matters

13 March 2020 - SENA will be closed, except for cashier and receiving/docketing Guidelines for NCR Arbitration unit (RDU) Branch - Walk-in settlements’ parties are required to submit notarized compromise agreement and waivers to RDU - RDU will only receive LA appeals, LA pleadings, and walk-in
