Responsibilities and Duties Involved: -

 Develop and Promote a project safety culture among all employee's
identifying the potential impacts relates with the job and develop privation :
control and mitigation measures to eliminate minimize the risk and minimize
the human error as reasonably practicable during of execution .
 Tool Box related with specific work . Fire fighting training emergency mock
drill , inspection and rectification of fire fighting system . Safety observation
in operation of welding , cutting , grinding and processing of hot work permit
arranging heavy and critical lift permit , deep excavation permit and confined
space permit etc.
 Carrying out initial and periodical inspection of heavy equipment mobile,
Crawler, Tower Cranes , Excavator Lifting Tools , Tackles and ensure
adherence of company established inspection procedures . Work site visit
and advising employees for correction on unsafe act and unsafe condition.
Attending periodical safety meeting with the higher authorities of the
 organization to make them aware of various safety training as per the
requirement and need of the working location, maintaining records for safety
training inspection, auditing and making daily test reports.
 Investigation and reporting of incident / accident and implementation of
recommendation to prevent recurrences. Enforcing availability of MSDA for
chemical using at site advance of safety alerts Safety information and safety
signage display on site.
Responsibilities:-
 Conducting safety orientation to the new employees.
 Conducting weekly audit with the sub-contractors.
 To maintain accident and near miss records in a register.
 To check and ensure erection plan required documentation prior to any
erection activity.
 Daily checking of different type of work permit.
 Report of unsafe act and unsafe condition in the work place and take
necessary action for correction.
 Inspection continuously all works, equipment materials to discover and
determine unsafe initiate on the spot corrective action directly with work
force and supervisor. Make monthly of moving equipment and fire exiting
ushers ladder's etc.
 Check the work permits and coordinate with assign Safety representatives for
implementation of Safety procedures. Weekly Safety inspection joint with
client and making deviation report. This report submits the client.
