Application dated 07.02.2022 from the Principal, Stee Gokulam Arts and Science College, Balussery, Kozhikode, ORDER, [As per the Government Orders read above, NOC for conducting various self-financing / un-aided courses in Sree Gokulam Arts and Science College, Balussery, Kozhikode was granted / renewed for the academic year 2020-21 / 2021-22. As per the application read as 3rd_paper above, management of the Educational Institution has requested Government to renew the NOC, for the academic years 2021-22 ‘and 2022-23. The management has completed the formalities for renewal of the NOC in the revised pattern, 2. In the circumstances, Government is pleased to renew the NOC for conducting the self-financing 1 un-aided courses in Sree Gokulam Arts and Science College, Balussery, Kozhikode for the academic years 2021-22 and 2022-23 as detailed below. (5 seats) 2023-23, The renewal sanetion of NOC is subject to the following conditions: 1. The Educational Agency shall give an Undertaking 10 the University about the presence of adequate infrastructure for conducting the course and the presence of adequate NET qualified faculy. 2, The Educational Agency shall abide by the procedure of admission as decided by Government and Set apart 50% of the seats of the course for being filled up by Government or such authority determined by Government on the basis of merit and reservation principles followed by Government nd the remaining 50% to be filled up by the Educational Agency on the basis of merit 3, The Educational Agency shall collect only such fees as determined by Government from time to time from the students admitted to the college forthe courses. 4, The Educational Agency shall institute adequate number of scholarships on merit-cum-means basis as determined by Government from time to time tothe students admitted to the courses. 5. The Educational Agency shall maintain a website and publish the details regarding the cstablishment and governance of the Educational Agency, admission, fees, courses, results, teaching and non-teaching staff, grievance redressal mechanism for students and any other information as required by Government, 66, The Educational Agency shall run only courses approved by Government and the University ‘concerned, 7. The Educational Agency shall enable Government and its representatives to check, verify and ‘monitor the compliance of the conditions mentioned above at any time Government so decides. 8. The No Objection Cerificate granted shall be valid up to the end of the academic year 2022-23 nd renewable on the request of the Educational Agency and subject to the satisfactory compliance of the conditions specified herein. 9, The service of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the aided stream shall not be utilized for the proposed unaided courses. 10, The College shall seek NAAC accreditation by the year 2022. 11, There shall be no financial commitment to Government for the proposed unaided courses. 12, In the event of breach of any of the conditions mentioned above by the Educational Agency, Government is authorised to withdraw the sanction without notice to the educational agency, or adjudicate the quantum of compensation which the Educational Agency is liable 10 pay to Government, if any, and upon such adjudication, the Educational Agency should pay to Government the amount So fixed, failing which the amount of compensation adjudicated should be recoverable under the provision of Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, as if they were public revenue due on land, 13, The educational agency shall produce necessary documents for the continued affiliation from the University for the year 2022-23 before 31.05.2022 failing which the sanction issued will be treated as cancelled wef, 01.06.2022 and Government will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the institution and the institution shall be solely responsible for the losses thereof, 14, The college shall apply for renewal of NOC by March every year.
