Dear Mai,

How are you? How is your work? I hope you are doing well. It has been such
a long time since the last moment we met. I was so happy when receiving your
letter today.

I’m very grateful when you helped me to apply for a new job which suits my
interest and ability. This job is so nice to me because I can develop my strengths. I
can put knowledge which I studied in the university into practice. It is a great
chance for me to see and work with experienced staffs.

I think I will try my best everyday to complete my work so well. I will I will
not make you disappointed about me.
