Subject: Invitation for the meeting regarding the communication strategy discussion

Dear sir/ madam

As an enthusiastic person, we have planned to run digital media programed named The Youth Parenting
Program (YPP). For that program to run smoothly, we will be using social sites, internet, you tube,
website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Application for mobile device as a medium of our communication
to reach the audience. This email has been written to request you to accept the invitation for the
meeting that will be held on 10th May 2021 to discuss about the communication strategy.

The conference will include the following topics: presenting the engagement plan to the staff, explaining
the strategy as it relates to the workplace's general policy, practices, and goals, a short discussion of
each aspect of the strategy, and any recommendations or suggestions provided by the team for progress
will be encouraged.

The conference will take place at the college on the 10th of May at 2:00 p.m. AEST. Furthermore, since
the conference would be videotaped for privacy purposes, it is important that all attendees are mindful
of the filming and have the option of declining to be captured or recorded on the video. I respectfully
suggest that you attend the meeting and that you respond by email to approve the invitation.
