There is a difference between morality and ethics after the idea of global village,

the New Media is gradually emerging as estimate force in India with multi-
dimensional effects pointing towards formation of a new culture and also affecting
many prominent existing valves and qualities of the public. What is true on the
national level is also true internationally.
The morals of media in different countries are different like the morality in India
is different and in Saudi Arabia is different.
In India media has the democratic rights they can publish what ever they want and
most of the channels are owned by business corporations and only one channel is
owned by Indian governments which is DDnational while in the case of Saudi Arabia
the situation is reversed Most newspapers are privately owned but are subsidized
and regulated by the government in Saudi Arabia. For instance, the invasion of
Kuwait by Iraq in 1990 was not immediately reported in the Saudi Arabian mass
media. Saudi Arabia is distinct from other Gulf Cooperation Council countries in
that its constitution does not protect freedom of expression.
This are the moralities of two nation in India democracy is morality but in Saudi
Arabia the freedom of expression is limited.
