your homeowners association.

BF DOMINGO ENTERPRISE is a legitimate Internet Service Provider (ISP) engages in

reselling internet bandwidth and installation services to residential, commercial and industrial
establishments including agencies and instrumentalities of government.

It is also engaged in the business of retail, sales, installation for other internet distributors.

BF DOMINGO ENTERPRISE business name is registered with the Department of Trade

and Industry (DTI) 2348870 issued December 14 ,2020 and acquired its Value Added Services
(VAS) License to Operate at the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) .

Our internet connectivity uses the most advanced state of the art fiber network technology to
deliver quality services.

Optical Line Terminal (OLT); Fiber To The Hoe (FTTH), High Performance-Gigabit E Passive
Optical Network (GEPON), which is being considered as the most reliable internet technology
today.

We are very much willing that your homeowners will experience the most reliable, fast,
affordable and cost-effective quality of internet connection services.

Currently, BF DOMINGO is operating as a team of certified installers with experience ranging

from small cabling jobs to enterprise installations.

We provide an end-to-end service installation to testing from residential to commercial anad

industrial types of customers.
In this relation, BF DOMINGO respectfully submits this Business Proposal to your
Homeowners Association by requesting that you allow our Company to set up our internet
facilities within your subdivision with the following terms and conditions:

 Monthly 5000.00 moratorium will be given to DECA ADMIN/HOA for projects that will
benefit the community
 A minimum of 15 MBPS per client.
 Other provisions that may be agreed upon by both parties in a MOA.
