How to create login account for

Microsoft Partner Network (MPN)

Access your Certification Dashboard
Your Microsoft Certification Dashboard is the home for all of your personal certification-related information where you have to update your profile,
to locate your Microsoft Certification identification number (MCID), and to get your Microsoft Certification transcript:

1) You access your Certification Dashboard from any of the following places:
• Below the description on any certification or exam details page on Microsoft Learn.

• On the Certifications overview, in the upper right corner, there is a link to “Go to Certification Dashboard”.

• In the “Certifications” section of your Microsoft Learn profile.

2) Sign in to the Microsoft learning account with the personal email ID and password that you used to create your Microsoft Certification profile.

Manage your Certification Dashboard
1) Sign into the Certification Dashboard using your Microsoft personal ID. For detailed instructions on how to sign in, visit: Access your
Certification Dashboard.
2) In the upper right corner of the page, click “Edit your certification profile”.

3) Select the pencil icon next to the “Certification profile” title to edit your information.

4) After you have updated your profile information, select “Save & continue” at the bottom to save your changes

Linking your Microsoft Learn account to Kyndryl
Before you can leverage the Enterprise Skills Initiative resources you must link your Microsoft Learn and Kyndryl
accounts :

1) You must have a personal Microsoft Account to use for your education. You cannot use your Kyndryl e-mail for this purpose.
If you do not have a personal Microsoft account, follow these instructions: How to create a new Microsoft account

2) Create a Microsoft Learn profile at microsoft.com/learn using that same personal Microsoft account (e.g., xxx@gmail.com, xxx@outlook.com).
• Go to https://www.microsoft.com/learn and sign in with your personal email address.
• On your first login, you will be asked to complete your profile. Answer the series of questions until you get the message “You are all set”.

3) Link your Microsoft Learn Profile to your Kyndryl account


• To avoid conflict with other Microsoft logins you may have, use an in-
private browser session ( Must use Microsoft Edge Browser V87 or
higher )
• Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/pc/Users/MyAccount
and logon with your Kyndryl email/w3id credentials
• Under the “Your Learning” section of the page, add the personal ID
you used to register on Microsoft Learn to both the Microsoft training & rksingh@gmail.com
assessments and the Microsoft exams and certifications items
• If your page looks like the one on to the right, you're all done!
