As per the above said notice we have received outstanding demand of Rs.1,92,36,960/-
dated on 14.07. 2021.While verifying the same, we have observed that the total outstanding
demand comprises of as follows.

We are bringing to your kind notice that the short deduction with respect to 26Q has made
because of the following two tax payers has submitted the certificate of lower deduction of TDS U/s
197(1) which was given by the “ Office of Circle (TDS) 2(1),Hyderabad, I.T Towers, A.C. Guards,
Hyderabad”. Hence the short deduction has made.

Short deduction with respect to 24Q has raised because of invalid pan number in the FY
2018-19 in 24Q in Q4 and in the financial year 2019-20 in 24Q in Q3, Q4 and the same was rectified
in online correction request and enclosing the acknowledgement copy for your reference.

By considering the above fact, the interest on short deduction is not applicable to us on
account of certificate of lower deduction of TDS U/s 197(1) and We regret to inform you that in the
inception of office we have filed the TDS returns lately due to lack of knowledge about the filling of
TDS returns.

By considering all the above facts we requesting you to please drop the further proceedings if
any on us and for your reference I am here with enclosing the detail workings of quarter wise short
deduction, interest on short deduction etc. as annexure.
