Quantum Core Currency Management

Client: Reserve Bank of India


Role: Senior Developer
Description: Quantum Core Currency Management (QCyM) is the latest unified application that keeps
track of the currency from its origin point till it gets destructed. Application is based on Java, Spring Boot
and Oracle Database. Entire currency flow communication is handled in different modules with in the
application. Replacing the older distributed system enhance Speed and durability.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the design and the connection between different modules.
• Develop and deploy various APIs.
• Enhancing the features of the flow following agile methodology.
• Monitoring and handling the data related issues.
• Played a Major Role in Data Migration Activity which includes 19 Regional Offices and 3000+
Currency chests
• Travel to Client location for requirements gathering, legacy data study and to perform Data
Migration Activity
• Supported Auditing Activity performed by Auditors in Client location for Data tallying after
Migration

Cash Flow Module

Client: RIKS Bank, Sweden


Description: Cash Module of RIKS Bank was the flow that handles the currency movement from
mint/press to the public being the final destination. The rules and powers governed to the various banks
in the country are validated and handled accordingly. The Application was built in MVC architecture. Using
Servlets, JSPs and Postgres Database.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in Development of Screen designs for modules like Provision and Cash
• Develop reports and analyze data discrepancies.
• Include various rules imposed as validations inside the application.
• Developed the frontend page using Struts, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Write various triggers like acknowledge messages when a request is made.
• Build a Transition Bridge version of module which eventually gets merged in the main application.

Soiled/Mutilated Notes Adjudication

Client: Bank of Indonesia ( BOI )


Description: Adjudication is the process of public or a bank being able to approach the Indonesian Bank
for the exchange of Soiled or Mutilated notes. The process is almost being made autonomous to segregate
and sort the notes and pay the client accordingly. The application is built on Spring framework
Responsibilities:
• Design & developed various components of the framework to support QA automation for Web,
Desktop, API & DB testing.
• Responsible for the development of various service functionalities
• Coordinated with Quality Assurance team for testing of new features
• Wrote the JUnit test cases for the action classes using Mockito and Power Mockito
• Development of an autonomous functionality that can detect the data discrepancies and suggest
the fix.
• Retrieved the data from Oracle through the web services hosted by the system
• Analyze and co ordinate with the middleware team in maintaining the application metrics as per
the requirement.
