data type to Attachment.
8. Go to view. Save the table.
9. Input all the information (in your Access
database) that you have collected in your
last class.
10. Upload your Access file (Friends_Database_YourName)
in your Google Drive’s ICT folder.

In this assignment, we are going to make drop-down lists for Gender and Grade field.

1. Make a drop down list for Gender field which will


show “M” and “F”. So that you can chose gender from
that list.

To do that, go to the data type of Gender field and


select Lookup Wizard. Choose “I will type the
values that I want”. Go to the next step.

Type the values that you want to see (i.e. “M” and “F”) in
the drop down menu in col1.

Select Finish.

Your Task
2. Make a drop down list for the field Grade where it will
show a list from grade 3 to grade 12.
