AGENCY AGREEMENT

PARTIES
-This Agency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into on 20 May
2022 and will End on 20 APRIL 2023 between AVIKKAL resident of Bhopal (hereinafter referred to
as the “Principal”) and ANIKET resident of Banaras (hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”)
(collectively referred to as “Parties”).

-The Parties agree that the Agent will be the representative of the Principal in performing the services
set forth in the Agreement.

LIST OF SERVICES PROVIDED AND THEIR PRICES


- During this period of this Agreement, the Agent shall have the Responsibility of performing and
providing the following services to the principal (hereinafter referred to as “Services”):

1. Washing of Clothes

2. Cooking

3. Maintainence of Property (decoration,improvement,repair)

4. giving regular updates about the property to the principal

5. To hire as well as superwise employees (if any) when needed

6. to Rent and Lease as well as operate the property.

APPOINTMENT
-Hereby, Principal exclusively appoints the Agent to manage the Property that is located at LAVASA,
PUNE (MAHARASHTRA)

SCOPE OF AUTHORITY
-The list of services in this Agreement limits the Agents’s authority to bind the Principal.

-Hereby , the Parties agree that the Agent is not entitled to bind the Principal in any matter other than
for the services in this Agreement.

AGENT LIABILITY
-Hereby , the Principal agrees to hold the Agent harmless from any debts, charges, demands, claims
and lawsuits.
TERM
-This Agreement shall be effective on the date of signing this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the
“Effective Date”) and will end on 20 APRIL 2023

-Upon the End of the term of this agreement , this Agreement will not be automatically renewed for a
new term.

PAYMENT OF FEES
-The Parties agree that the total cost of the services will be 50,000

Where 25,000 will be paid at the signing of this Agreement and 25,000 will be paid at completion.

-The Parties agree that the means of payment will be UPI.

TERMINATION
-On breach of any terms and conditions the Agreement will be Terminated

-The parties can terminate prior by giving a 15 days prior Notice.

-By the Agent in the event of breach of this agreement and /or due to insolvency, bankruptcy and /or
liquidation and VICE VERSA

-The principal will be responsible for paying for all services conducted by the Agent until the date of
Termination, except in the Breach of this agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
-This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the “INDIAN
CONTRACT ACT , 1872” (CHAPTER X- SECTION 182-238)

AMENDMENTS
-The parties agree that any amendments made to this Agreement must be in writing, where they must
be signed by both parties to this agreement.

-As such any amendments made by the parties will be applied to this agreement.

ASSIGNMENT
-The parties are entitled to assign the responsibilities that they have under this agreement to anyone
else unless both parties agree to the assignment and provide such agreement in writing.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
-This agreement ontains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect
to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, inducements and
conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject
matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/ or
usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
-Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be
submitted to arbitration/mediation/negotiation in accordance with and subject to the laws of “INDIAN
CONTRACT ACT 1872”
