AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We NOVELYN IGLESIAS and JEFFERSON VIDAL of legal age, both married and
resident of Brgy. Santos, Quezon, Isabela respectively, after having been sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. We are same person executing this affidavit;
2. That we are bonafide residents of Barangay Santos, Quezon, Isabela;
3. That we personally know HIPOLITO MACARILAY because we live in the same
barangay;
4. That we know for a fact that HIPOLITO MACARILAY has a property identified as
Lot No. 2-B, Csd-af-02-004546-D containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-
EIGHT (448) SQ. M;
5. That HIPOLITO MACARILAY was the actual possessor and occupant the said lot and
said possession.
6. That we have executed this instrument on our own voluntary, freewill, and act without
any force or intimidation.
