Dear Mohammad Umair Patel

On behalf of InVideo, it is my pleasure to formally confirm our offer to you to join InVideo as
Design Tester Executive based in Mumbai/Remote, starting on 01-Apr-22. This offer and the
opportunity it represents are extended with great confidence in your ability. This offer of
employment is contingent on the completion of a pre-employment documentation and
background check. Your employment is “at will” and it may terminate at any time for any
reason by you with a notice period of 30 days. InVideo may also terminate your employment,
on valid grounds, and the decision to serve or not to serve a notice period is left at the
discretion of the employers.

Salary

Your salary will be CTC - INR 360,000/- per annum, paid on a monthly basis, less applicable
taxes and deductions. There will be deductions on professional tax, TDS, and PF.
This salary will be applicable from the first day of your joining and may be amended from
time to time.

Paid Leave and Benefits

You will be entitled to receive all the monetary and non-monetary benefits as are
generally accorded to InVideo’s employees, subject to InVideo’s policy and any
applicable terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time.
For a full year of employment with InVideo will allow you 21 annual paid leaves,
which includes 15 Vacation + 6 Sick Leaves. All the leaves in addition to paid leave will be
considered non-paid and will be subtracted from the monthly salary.

Working Hours

Normal working arrangements are for five days a week, however the employee is
expected to be flexible to accommodate the deliverables. The normal working hours are
between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM. However, there is no additional compensation for
overtime work except when authorized by your reporting manager in advance

Performance and Compensation Reviews

You will receive periodic performance and compensation reviews in accordance with
InVideo’s administrative practices. Among other factors, InVideo’s performance, your
individual performance, your additional work towards InVideo’s growth and success, the
portion of the fiscal year you worked, market conditions, and your compensation relative to
your peers, are all considered in compensation reviews.
Ethics and Compliance

You will also be expected to abide by professional, ethical, and InVideo’s requirements,
rules, regulations, policies, and practices, including, without limitation, the Code of Ethics
and Professional Conduct applicable to InVideo. Before accepting this offer of employment,
you must fully disclose all contractual and other restrictions or obligations to other parties,
including any non-compete or non-solicitation agreements with prior employers that may or
will impose limitations on your professional activities with InVideo. You are expected to
abide by all such restrictions or obligations and to avoid involvement, while employed by
InVideo,
in any matter that could pose a conflict of interest as a result of confidential, proprietary, or
trade secret information obtained by you prior to your employment with InVideo.

children over and above the salary breakup
