Reference made to the above subject,
I hereby wish to notify you of the mentioned lady who travelled with our company, Alternative pulse PLC,
and has been working in Saudi Arabia as a housemaid since March 22nd 2021. The candidate, however,
refused to perform her duties, leading to a disagreement with her boss, who took her to Sakan accommodation
located in Riyadh since our partner office, SALS, which she travelled with, closed down its operations. For
this reason, it has been complicated to get any help bringing the lady back to Kenya.
We have tried seeking help from the ministry of affairs, but the process has been a dead end. Also, the
embassy of Kenya in Saudi Arabia has been unresponsive. We have also tried other means of getting her out
of the accommodation by sending different people, but the rule remains that SALS are the responsible office
for the task.
Even though the embassy has not been very cooperative, we have established communication. Since Loise
requires an exit visa, the embassy has made an application for her exit visa
through a liaison officer called Muli.

The family of Loise is deeply concerned about her whereabouts and has made great efforts to get in touch
with her, and we can confirm she is deliberately refusing to communicate with the family to collaborate on
her status and equally aid the repatriation process of her to Kenya
Attached, kindly find the screenshots of her inconsistent communication and delivered messages without
replies. We have attached emails to MFA that are yet to be responded to, even after going there physically
and promised feedback.
