    We are writing this recommendation to Habte Bekele who has successfully completed the
    Training of Trainers that was jointly organized by Ministry of Peace (MoP), First Consult’s
    BRIDGES Programme and Volunteer Service Organization (VSO) for 259 co-facilitators as
    part of the National Voluntary Community Service program launched by MoP.

    Habte has also efficiently co-facilitated the training provided to more than 9,700 volunteers
    who were deployed to their assigned regions.

    During our encounter with all co-facilitators, involved in training of the volunteers, we found
    them to be motivated, committed and responsible in fulfilling their duties. Therefore, we issue
