I have enjoyed a progressively responsible engineering career with Nuoya Textile investment PLC, CBA
garment factory plc, SayginDima textile Sh. Co. (SDTSC) and Ethio- Japanese synthetic textile Sh. Co., and
participated in SayginDima textile whole company’s machinery installation, operation and management.
I am experienced in almost all textile and garment operations and process. I have contributed major role
to these companies I have joined:-

 I was managing the maintenance team and Production team over 780 employees (@ Nuoya)
 Proposing and changing from fuel fired boiler to electrical boiler with saving of $140,000 a year
for sustainable growth of the company (@ SDTSC).
 Helped create estimation and calculation tool for production cost of the company
 Monitoring execution of production and maintenance plan and preparing daily, monthly,
quarterly and annual report.
 Preparing annual budget plan at SDTSC, Nuoya and CBA.
 Prepared health and safety manual at SDTSC.

I have served as Management representative secretary in implementation of ISO 9001-2008 (Quality

Management System) and ISO 14001-2008 (Environmental Management System) standards that
improved production methods , simplified processes control and ensured sustainable growth of the
company.

In addition, I am one of technical committee member that developed Ethiopian National Technology
Road Map to 2026, under supervision of Ethiopian Ministry of Science and Technology.
