With due respect, it is humbly submitted with reference to above mentioned

memorandum that I have performed my duty with utmost devotion and sincerity in
the interest of organisation always. Necessary reply may be submitted after perusal
of documents relevant in the matter available with Regional office Lucknow but I
am unable to visit Regional office Lucknow due to poor health problem.
