Getting the geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) with Google Maps (all methods will require

internet connection)

I. Through maps.google.com web site

1. Type the name or the location of the facility in the search box.
2. Right click on the location of the facility. A waypoint marker and a pop-up window will appear with
the latitude and longitude values appearing on top of the list.

3. Left click on the values (latitude, longitude) to copy them.


4. Paste the values in the fields provided in the Covid-19 Bakuna Centers Registry form.
Note: Do not truncate nor round of the values. Copy the values up to the 6th decimal digit.
E.g. Latitude: 14.614225253828375
Longitude: 120.98218303676256

II. With an Android mobile device through the Google Maps application

Note: Update Google Maps app in Google Play Store.

1. Turn on the GPS or Location of your Android mobile device.


2. Type the name or the location of the facility in the search box.
3. Inside the map window, tap and hold on the location of the facility until the latitude and longitude
values appear in the search box (latitude, longitude).
4. Highlight and copy the values and paste them in the fields provided in the Covid-19 Bakuna Centers
Registry form.

III. With an iPhone or iPad through the Google Maps application

1. Turn on the GPS or Location of your mobile device.


2. Type the name or the location of the facility in the search box.
3. Inside the map window, tap and hold on the location of the facility until a waypoint marker appears.
4. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the latitude and longitude values of the facility.

5. Copy the values and paste them in the fields provided in the Covid-19 Bakuna Centers Registry
form.
