To Any Peace Officer:
Greetings,
It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned, after examination under oath of the
applicant and his witness that there is probable cause to believe that the crime is being committed, or
is about to be committed, and there are good and sufficient reasons to believe that DIONISIO C.
MAMARIL of Brgy. 2, San Mateo, Isabela has in his possession or control, particularly a. one (1)
unit of Caliber .45 pistol and b. ammunition for Caliber .45 pistol in violation of RA 8294
(ILLEGAL/UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS). YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to
make an immediate search at any time of the day or night of the above mentioned premises and
forthwith seize and take possession of the aforesaid items and bring them to the undersigned to be
dealt with as the law directs.
You shall make a return of the warrant to the Court within ten (10) days from today.
