I. INTRODUCTION

Since the Start of the pandemic, the entire world has

been on lockdown, and many people have lost their jobs
as a result of the country’s long enhanced community
quarantine being lifted. People have managed to stay at
home for safety reasons since then; on government
assistance such as a relief goods, the social amelioration
program (SAP) and the emergency subsidy

During the pandemic they would have to reduce

employees not less than 15 percent to a company,
because they could not monitor them. They avoid
having a crowded place. Also because pandemic would
bumble a company’s sales so they had no chores but to
remove because they could be waged.

At a time when many companies are working remotely,

operating at limited capacity or shut down completely,
it may seem like there are few, if any, opportunities to
achieve business growth. Despite these setbacks, there
are ways to make the most of current circumstances and
continue growing your business during COVID 19
pandemic
Consumer habits have dramatically shifted during the
last year, so consider how your product or service fits
into the pandemic lifestyle. Examples of industries
thriving during the pandemic include cleaning and
delivery services, fitness equipment, home
improvement and behavioral health among others

This is the time to leverage your personal and

professional networks to get the word out. Be creative.
Use social platforms like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram and others to the fullest. Reach out to your
contacts to see if anyone would be interested in pre-
ordering your product. This will give you some
valuable initial feedback around pricing and potential
demand. Create informal “focus groups” consisting of
your target audience to determine their needs and pain
points. You can also take advantage of online survey
tools like Survey Monkey to solicit feedback. The best
approach is to test your idea in a small, inexpensive
way that gives you a good indication of whether
customers need your product and how much they’re
willing to pay for it
