SCHEME FOR FINANCING TO FARMER PRODUCER ORGANIZATIONS (FPOS) AND

FARMER PRODUCER COMPANIES (FPCS)

Need based loan (T/L and/or Working Cpital) of any amount may be provided under the
scheme for all kinds of Agriculture ventures including Agri Infrastructure

Eligible Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) may be provided collateral free loan of
upto Rs. 1 crore, subject to cover under Credit Guarantee Fund of SFAC.

One time guarantee fee @ 0.85% of loan amount (max. Rs. 85000) and annual fee @
0.25% p.a. to be borne by FPC.

Eligible Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)/ FPCs may also be provided “Venture
Capital Assistance” through SFAC.
