and determining what motivates Customers to choose whether to do their buying online or in offline. Since

immensely. The popularity of shopping has skyrocketed. People aged 35 and up are less likely to do offline
shopping. Because they are less aware of technology and they prefer to shop offline. indicated that they
would buy from internet shopping provided the product's pricing was reasonable.
