PLANNING BY THE HOUR $195 ph

Ideal for couples who may benefit from just spending a handful of hours to help get their
planning on the right track. You can book any amount of time with us starting from just
one hour. If you’re not sure how much time you think you’ll need with us, drop us a line and
we can figure it out together.

Includes: Consultations based on an hourly rate in our office. Travel fee to other sites
additional.

CEREMONY PLANNING $2198

We’ll sit down and get to know you both and work to find the right celebrant that matches
your personalities. We’ll take a ceremony brief from you, finding out more about your ideal
venue in terms of location, setting and ambiance. We’ll help you understand the pros and
cons for each venue on your shortlist. We’ll also help you with the paperwork and booking
process to secure the space. We’ll visit the ceremony space with you and talk to you about
how you’d like the space styled and book the material and event hire on your behalf.

Includes: 1 site visit to the ceremony site and unlimited consultation time to make the
following bookings: celebrant, ceremony venue, decor and hire equipment. Materials and
booking fees will apply separately depending on the final vendor and materials selection.

RECEPTION PLANNING $2748


Trying to source something different, bespoke or quirky can be the biggest challenge that
you may have. Our extensive database of venues and locations will help you put the
right foot forward. We’ll talk with you in detail about the pros and cons for your venue
shortlist and visit your favourite three venues with you. We can help you get the most out
of your venue by highlighting how the venue can be used for maximum impact. We’ll look
at your venue contract and negotiate any additional inclusions (or even remove ones that
you don’t need), as well as highlight any areas of the contract which may be problematic.

Includes: 3 site visits, venue shortlist, comparison charts and contract negotiation.
VENDOR PLANNING $2198
If you have your ceremony and reception booked, and you’re simply after additional help
booking your wedding vendors (e.g. photographer, videographer, cake designer, decor
etc.), we can help. Using our short list of preferred suppliers, we’ll listen to your event
and style brief and your budget. We’ll consult with our network and provide you with
a shortlist of three vendors for each category. Using a comparison chart, we indicate the
vendor which best suits your needs and arrange time for you to meet with them. Once
you’ve selected your preferred vendor, we’ll help you to negotiate your package making
sure you have all the inclusions you need. This package includes booking the first three
vendor categories of your choice.

Includes: Consultations, vendor short list, comparison chart and contract negotiation.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING POA


If planning isn’t really your thing, and you’d feel safer being guided by the experts
end-to-end, full service planning may be for you. We can assist you with locating and securing
your ceremony venue and reception, as well as styling all the elements — working together
with you on inspiration boards and event layout. We’ll listen to your ideas for the day and
arrange your photographer, videographer, florist and cake designer for your event, and we’ll
join you for your florist appointment, cake tasting and final food tasting appointments. We
can assist with everything from sourcing hair and makeup to your transport for the day. Our
planning hours working on your event are unlimited so allow us to be of service. With our
team present at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, we’ll execute your designs and
plans flawlessly.

MM Photos
SHORT DAY $725
This package is perfect for the organised couple who just need an extra set of hands on the
day to execute their plans perfectly. You may be having an outdoor ceremony and you’re
looking for some help with setting up the ceremonial area along with your personal decor
touches. We can arrange event hire and champagne services on your behalf. Or you may
need help with decorating your reception (perhaps adding in those styling finishes that your
venue host is unable to help you with).

Includes: 3 service hrs. on the day, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager

HALF DAY $1210


If you feel like you’re not quite the organised bride that you feel you should be, but don’t
really want hand holding for the entire day, then this package might be for you. With a little
more coverage than the short-day package, this package usually allows us enough time
to set up your ceremony and the reception. We’ll also include prep time with you to meet
and discuss your plans for the day, helping you address any last minute anxiety.

Includes: 5 service hrs. on the day, 1 preparation meeting, unlimited email correspondence
and 1 Event Manager
FULL DAY $2198

For larger bespoke weddings, or an affair where you’ve booked more vendors than you can keep track of,
then it’s likely to be more work than you need to be dealing with on your day. More comprehensive than
the half-day package, expect more preparation meetings prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and
set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking
two weeks prior to the event. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure
your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors. We’ll also come
along and help with your rehearsal, and provide you with extra staff because chances are with an event
as unique as yours, you’ll need the extra help.

Includes: 8 service hrs. on the day, 2 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation,
rehearsal coordination, unlimited email correspondence & 1 Event Manager. Assistant an additional
$400.00

INDULGENCE $3298
Perhaps you feel like you need our help sooner than later with your event to get you on track with
booking your vendors? You may have a pretty good idea of what your wedding looks like in your mind’s
eye, but as the wedding date approaches, you’re just not sure if you’ve covered it all (and you just don’t
have time to figure it out). Expect us to start working on your event two months prior to the wedding
to discuss your plans and set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details, follow up with your vendors
confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll take care of writing up your run sheet for
you, and circulate it to your vendors. We’ll also come along and help with your rehearsal, and inspect the
ceremony and reception venues with you.

Includes: 8 service hrs. on the day, 4 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation,
rehearsal coordination, 1 site visit to the ceremony & the reception venue, 1 Event Manager, 1 Assistant.

DISMANTLE/SAME DAY PACK DOWN $725


It’s all very exciting planning the set up and decor of your reception venue. One of the last things on
your mind may be what happens after the reception is over. Quite often more popular venues will either
have same day or next day “bump out” rules in place for your event. This means having to find a friend or
relative who’s able to pack up your decor on your behalf. If this is all too much detail for you to handle,
then allow us to help. We’re able to come along and pack down your reception for you following your
event, or the next day. We’ll also deliver the equipment to your door, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Includes: Same day/next day pack down (depending on venue), delivery to an address within Sydney
or Melbourne Metro area. Price may vary with amount of equipment.

CEREMONY/RECEPTION STYLING $2198
It can be really overwhelming trying to find the style that suits you best. Booking in one
wedding decorator doesn’t always work if you don’t gel with their style or being limited
to the inventory on their books – and cookie cutter is boring.

Includes: 1 site visit and unlimited consults for the ceremony or the reception.

Ceremony: Outdoor ceremony hire, florist, any additional ceremony décor enhancements
(e.g. arbour, signing table, signage).

Reception: Table décor (flowers, candles), stationery (seating charts, place cards, menu
cards and table numbers) and any other room enhancements (break out furniture, flowers,
lighting and seating).
