IOSA General Presentation for Operators Effective date: 1-FEB-2018

1. Reason for Alert

IOSA has been asked in several instances to provide operators with some guidance material on the IOSA
program in a presentation format to be used by operators to foster the IOSA program both internally and
externally and also as means of internal training.

For these reasons we have created a brief IOSA presentation that will be made available on our website
(here) and will be regularly updated.

2. Required Action
Any operator may download and use this presentation for the purposes as described in item above.
