AGREEMENT

District Forest Officer, Wanaparthy has decided to continue the services of Different categories
Out Sourcing staff who has worked with District Forest Officer, Wanaparthy may be there are no specific
complaints against them in this connection the following ( ) out Sourcing staff has been continuation on
Out Sourcing basis and their monthly remuneration / salaries has fixed as per the MOU i.e., 2017-18 and
vide G.O Ms.No. Dated: 19-02-2016 of Finance (HRM-I) Department.

1) Computer Operators - Rs. 15,000/- PM

2) Drivers - RS. 15,000/- PM

 Now in consideration of the need of the District Administration and candidates sponsored by the
firm namely M/s. Legend Corporation Services, Wanaparthy, the District Administration finds the
working candidates suitable to the requirements against Para – I and accordingly this service contract is
entered into between the Divisional Forest Officer, Wanaparthy and M/S. Legend Corporation Services,
Wanaparthy on the following terms of condition cribbed in G.O Rt.No. 2501, Dt:13-07-2006 of Finance
(SMPC) Department and guidelines issued on outsourcing supporting services in the Government
Department issued in G.O.Rt.No:4459 of Finance (SMPC) Department date 27-02-20006 and
G.O.Rt.No:. Nil Finance (HRM – II) Department dated.19-02-2016 and Lr.No. HQUE/V/28/2014/Hyd,
Dated.13-05-2016 of the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise and Service tax Department.
Both the parties clearly and explicitly state that without any further action discussions noticed and
reference this contract would automatically terminate on 31.07.2017 for the above posts and both any
formal or informal communications.
Further the District Collector and Chairman, District Out Sourcing Committee, Wanaparthy shall
reject the services of the agency, if any complaint receives from the candidates or Principle Employer.
The agreement period for the posts of Various cadres for working in 104-FDHS Schemes in
Wanaparthy District with effect from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018.
This contract is reached and accordingly signed on.
District Collector & Chairman, District Outsourcing Committee, Wanaparthy has agreed to take
of the above mentioned man power as shown in Para – 1 with effect from 01-08-2016 to 31-07-2017
posts purely on contract basis on the above mentioned monthly remuneration basis only.
M/S Legend corporate services, Mahabubnagar has willingly and unconditionally agreed to
tender the services of the above required manpower at the remuneration indicated in Lr.No:1381/2008/S4,
Dated: 02-05-2016 and 25-05-2016 of District Forest Officer, Wanaparthy against the post shown above
and also permitted to Dist. Out Sourcing Committee payment the previews pending salaries of ( ) Out
sourcing Staff.
The reference will be calculated for the actual period of services rendered by the firm at the
above rates and Government instructions if any.
During the contract period for the satisfactory services rendered by the firm M/S Legend
Corporate Services, Mahabubnagar will be paid as
Follows :-
A) E.S.I Contribution @ 4.75%
B) E.P.F. Contribution @ 13.61%
C) Service Charges 2.00%
D) Service cess Tax 15.00%
 The district Forest Officer, Wanaparthy has to pay the remuneration fixed by the Government
along the ESI Contribution, EPF Contribution, Service Tax, Service Charges to the Out Sourcing Agency
after obtaining ESI and EPF and service Tax Contribution of last month.
Both the Parties agreed that this contract is purely a standalone contract which is outside the
scope of all the existing service rules of the Government of Telangana.
6. Both the Parties further agreed and consciously understood that if any one of the parties wants
to terminate the contract, they can do so by giving one month prior notice or by giving an amount
equivalent to one month pay without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
7. Both the Parties agreed that it is a fixed contract and there is no commitment on either side to
extent beyond stipulated contract period.
8. The District Collector & Chairman, Out Sourcing agency, Mahabubnagar shall have the
absolute right to reject the service of any candidate provided by the firm during the period in force
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
9. Both the Parties agreed that any modification of this contract can be undertaken at any time
during the operational period of agreement on mutual understanding between both the parties in writing.
