• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related discipline, or the equivalent of


education from BITS / IIT’s / NIT’s/Reputed colleges.
• 2 to 5 years in a technology role
• Good Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, Shell script , SQL
scripting.
• Database Knowledge (Basic Admin): My SQL, Oracle 10g/11g, DB2.
• Operating System Administration: Windows 2000/2003 Server, RHEL, AIX
• Web Servers: IIS, Apache, IHS.
• Application Server: Tomcat, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere
• Knowledge of Virtual Technologies, VM Ware
• Hands on experience on Handling Hosting Production Environment, International
Customers, communications.
• Strong Troubleshooting, Problem resolution skills.
• Customer Focus, dedicated to Customer success.
• Production Support, JDBC, JNDI
• Strong desire for ownership of customer support.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Experience of Unix commands & shell script programming is a plus
