Currently I am working with AADS Tech services Pvt limited with L1 and L2 application
production support having 3 years of experience Configuring & troubleshooting Experience in
Application/ Production Support by using Linux, Oracle (SQL),. A quick learner and a strong
analytical ability, capable of mastering different domains, functional areas or skill sets. A person
with positive attitude who can give its best commitment towards its employer and adheres to
the quality processes and techniques required to deliver optimum results.

Casa application is used in Axis bank for Account opening process. Tab and Mobile Support
Team interacting to us, if user will be getting any technical issues in account opening
process. We analyze the issue; resolve the same by using SQL Queries, UNIX commands. If
any issue regarding the server relate issue, we are checking the log files and interacting
with server team to resolving the same. If any issue regarding the Procedure issue, we are
interacting with Vendor and checking tables, procedure, function, jobs in PL/SQL and try to
resolve the issue. We are supporting to Axis client for Patch Deployment and Testing in
UAT.
Conducting system study coordinating with team members for maintenance & support.
Core skills are SQL, Basics of PLSQL and UNIX.
Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of change request.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong
analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

Troubleshoots batch job problems to identify which job-step failed, identify root cause, fix
the problem, and restart the job
Ensure proactive measure to avoid errors/issues & escalations.
Working on PRODUCTION Priority issues.
Representing the team in production change management meetings, outage calls Impact
assessment meetings for production changes.
Escalating the issues to the development and higher-level support teams for further
assistance if needed.
Extending post-implementation, application maintenance and technical support to the
client.
