THE DHARMAWANGSA JAKARTA

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is a 5-star luxury hotel, born out of a dream to create a hotel
property that would complement the upscale leafy area of Kebayoran Baru in terms of
architecture, scale and utility. This property would exemplify the Indonesian aspiration to be
thoroughly modern, nevertheless very Indonesian at the same time. It is located strategically
in Jl. Brawijaya Raya No. 26, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, just minutes from the Kemang area
which is famous for its entertainment and antique furniture boutiques. It is 5 km to
Sudirman Central Business District and TB Simatupang Central Business area, and 35 km
from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The Dharmawangsa Jakarta, winner of ASEAN
Green Hotel Award 2018, is an Ecological Green Hotel and licensed for HACCP
qualification.

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta has been the epitome of classic Javanese style. Here, the art of

ROOM ACCOMMODATION

The 99 hotel rooms are elegantly and luxuriously designed, consist of 64 rooms and 35
suites. Each guestroom and suite is developed in one of the five thematic schemes, using
traditional fabrics from Java, Pesisiran/North Java, Bali, South Sumatra and East Indonesia.
The hotel has 8 room classifications starting with Executive Room (66m2), Senior Executive
Room (66m2), Dharmawangsa Suite (107 m2), Townhouse-One Bedroom Suite (128 m2),
Deluxe Suite (126m2), Townhouse-Two bedroom Suite (188m2), Penthouse Suite (286 m2)
and Presidential Suite (443 m2). All rooms are with private terraces, spacious bedrooms,
large marble bathrooms with 2 vanity basins, executive desks, three telephones with two
lines, in-room internet access, etc. Furthermore, each room is furnished with traditional
designs depending on the theme of the room.

The Dharmawangsa Jakarta offers complimentary services such as welcome drinks upon
arrival, daily fruit baskets, 24-hours Butler service dedicated for all our Suites, personalized
packing and un-packing services, shoe shine services, daily international/local newspaper,
private in-room registration, laundry and valet services, and airport assistance, as well as free
access to Bimasena Health Club, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, squash,
tennis court and the Spa.

In addition, the hotel features Penthouse Lounge, a new executive club lounge where the
Signature guests are entitled to experience a range of exclusive privileges. Located on the 5th
floor, the Signature Guest experience commences from arrival to departure with
personalized services, such as airport assistance, daily culinary refreshments: buffet breakfast
and evening cocktail, all day snack and savories, private meeting room, and business center
services.

MEETING & BANQUETING

A multipurpose function room, the Nusantara Ballroom has the capacity to hold 180 people
for cocktail style, 100 people for banquet style, 85 people classroom style and 180 people
theater style. The Nusantara ballroom can accommodate up to 800 guests for cocktail
parties.

There are several function rooms located at The Dharmawangsa and Bimasena Club for
meetings can hold from 10 to 150 persons, including equipment such as an LCD and screen,
tables or floor microphones, flip chart, mineral water, memo pads, pens and a flower
arrangement on the conference or boardroom table.
RESTAURANTS & LOUNGES

Sriwijaya Restaurant
Sriwijaya is a thematic restaurant at the lobby level using the 8th century Sriwijaya kingdom as
its inspiration. Sriwijaya has been delighted guest for more than a decade since its opening in
1997. Starting from July 2019, Sriwijaya has introduced its new flavour showcasing nouvelle
cuisine that stressed freshness, lightness, and clarity of flavour.

Jakarta Restaurant
A contemporary interpretation of old Jakarta, previously named Batavia, in echoing art deco
furnishings while dining with a casual flair the Jakarta Restaurant is truly is the order of the
day, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Jakarta Restaurant plays host to a range of
culinary promotions and thematic buffet. A la carte delicacies include typical Indonesian as
well as Asian and Western cuisine.

Majapahit Lounge
At The Dharmawangsa, the heart of the hotel is The Majapahit Hall, a space of serene
simplicity featuring a magnificent 14th century House Temple. From the Majapahit Hall, four
doorways lead to four lounges, where the living areas of this magnificent residence bathed in
natural light. Each possesses its own resplendent theme and character. Guests may escape to
the Tea Lounge while enjoying a leisured afternoon tea, retire to the Caviar Lounge for
cocktails, sample The Bar’s signature chocolate martini or savor an after-dinner cognac in
The Library where soothing traditional acoustic musical instruments are played in the
mornings, afternoons and evenings. All lounges and bars offer afternoon tea with
Indonesian sweets, assorted canapés and a selection of beverages as well as martinis.

The Wine Cellar

Set in a private leisurely atmosphere, serving more than a hundred different wine varieties
from the world’s best wine growing regions. Located at the iconic The Residences at
Dharmawangsa 2, it can accommodate up to 40 people and it is ideal for casual business
meetings with private room, indoor, and outdoor seating.
The Dining Room
On the second floor of Grha Bimasena, The Dining Room presents both Western and
Indonesian specialties.

Cognac Lounge
Enjoy your favorite liquor pre-dinning or post dinning in relaxation and luxury. The Cognac
Lounge, located on the second floor of Bimasena Club provides just the right level of
privacy, discretion and familiar comfort to indulge in the best life has to offer.
