SYNTHESIS OF INTERNAL FACTORS – IFAS

Coca-Cola has a strong presence in the worldwide market. It is in a position to exploit its
capabilities to take advantage of possibilities that occur since it has a highly appreciated
brand and vast, innovative distribution networks. However, the market in most nations is
mature in its core beverage category of soft drinks and juices. Growth comes from
capturing market share from competitors, which necessitates strong marketing
initiatives. Coca-Cola should continue to strengthen its strong market position by using
its strengths to seize new chances in emerging marketing in its dominant North
American market, according to this analysis.
