To whom it may concern,

Good day! This letter is to certify that I, Rochelle Anne R. Clemente of
College of Our Lady of Mercy of Pulilan Foundation Inc., paid an amount of
₱4,500 to CPA Review Center. My said payment will be considered full if I
received Latin Honors (Laude) within my graduation this month. On the
other hand, I will pay the remaining balance of ₱11,000 if I am not a Laude.
