Promotion Payment Notes:

• Select Accounts may receive Interim (PM USA only) or Duration Payments for USSTC SPPs, BEFs and PM USA Strategic Options (PSOs).
• Final Payments reflect all eligible payments, less Duration and Interim Payments. PM USA, USSTC and Helix Innovations Loyalty Fund Programs
(LFPs) are only eligible for Final payments.
• In the event of a negative Final Payment, deductions will be applied against future payments.
