Chain of Command

SOCIETY FOR ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION

With reference to the structural flowchart, please refer to the following:

Ascending Order:
1. The Team Members will only communicate with their Head/Directors
2. The Directors/Head will only communicate with their Secretaries
3. The Secretaries will only communicate with the Vice President
4. The Vice President will only communicate with the President
5. The Advisor and Staff Officer of the President Office will only communicate with the
President

Descending Order:
1. The President will communicate with anyone in the Society
2. The Advisor and Staff Officer of the President Office will only communicate with the
President but they can communicate with anyone on President’s instructions
3. The Vice President can communicate with any Secretory, Director, Head, and Team
Member
4. The Secretary can communicate with any Director, Head, and Team Member
5. The Director/Head can communicate with Team Member
Note (s):
 In case of any conflict raised due to non-compliance with the Chain of Command, the
parties involved will solely be responsible.
 The Parties can contact the President regarding their issues 24/7 without hesitation.
 This chain of command does not reflect any kind of strictness, hence encourages a
professional environment.
 Anyone in the society can connect any build a network with other team members by
keeping in view the discipline and decorum of the society.
 The Special Task Force, if created, will be led by a Project Head and all the members will
be in direct contact with him.
