REFLECTION #1 - VMGO

Vision, mission, goals and objectives are very important because it is the foundation
of every educational institution in attaining success. These direct the institution to have
clear insights about what they want their school and students to become. These also depicts
their goals and expectations for their school. Thus, VMGO, provides focus, clarifies priorities,
and supports the institution in achieving great outcomes.

MMSU, one of the prestigious universities in the Philippines, envisions to be a

premiere Philippine university by 2028 and aimed to develop human capital and sustainable
innovations in a knowledge-driven global economy. These shows that the institution
provides focus to attain its vision by the year 2028. Their vision defines how eager the
institution in making it possible. They give so much focus on developing their stakeholders
and students’ knowledge and skills.

MMSU also clarifies their priorities towards achieving their VMGO. They prioritize to
offer the best learning experiences to students and the best services to people. They
demonstrate professionalism that motivates the teachers, students, and administration to
uphold excellence.

Lastly, MMSU’s VMGO supports the institution in achieving great outcomes because
they commit their full support to their different stakeholders to acquire life long learning
experiences. They make sure to advocate and maintain the correct etiquette and discipline
at all times.

Indeed, MMSU, truly provides focus, clarifies priorities and supports the institution in
achieving triumph. Therefore, to make it possible, we need to support and help one another
in enriching our beloved, MMSU.
