We, the researchers of Grade 12 STEM A from Baggao National High

School are in the process of completing a basic research entitled: "BIO-

PLASTIC: Generating Biodegradable plastic from Dried Corn Stalk and

Corn starch"

This study aims to assess acceptability of the Biodegradable plastic from

Dried Corn Stalk and Corn starch in terms of its appearance and texture. The
data to be obtained will serve as a basis in the production of a Biodegradable
Plastic out of Dried Corn Stalk and Corn Starch or is locally known as
Tangkay ng mais or Stem of the Corn.
In connection with this, we, the researchers, adopted and revised a
questionnaire to gather information hence, participation in this study through
USING THE PRODUCT (trying to make use for packaging or plactic bags for
goods) and scoring based on your preference is very important and highly
appreciated. Please feel assured that your anonymity and the information you
will give be treated with UTMOST CONFIDENTIALITY.
