The current file represents a brief of where the brand is heading in the year of 2022 with a detailed
description of departments needed and the tasks within.
The goal for Degen Games at the of Q4 2022 is to have a game collection formed of 5 PvP games and 3
PvE games.
The current standing is that Degen Games has a Rock Paper Scissors PvP and a not-yet-started
partnership for the Degen Doors PvE game.
To achieve the goal, Degen Games must have a powerful and structured core team which will be taking
care of all the tasks on the roadmap. As the current team is formed by one member, that being one of
the initial co-founders: Degen General, a core team expansion is much needed.

- Being the face of the company both in front of the community and to other partners
- Manage financial and human resources to best serve the goal of the brand
- Develop the detailed roadmap with ETAs of each deliverable
- Manage the community and communicate with holders and partners
- Closing whitelabel partnerships
2. Marketing + Communications
- Social media management: twitter content posting, engaging with audience, engaging with
potential partners
- Reaching out to potential partners about whitelabel partnerships or promotion
- Organizing community events within discord or other social platforms with holders or NFT
community in general
- Keeping in touch with other DAOs for potential joint events or partnerships

- Frontend development: Game Interface / Whitelabel Interface Variations
- Backend development: Game Development / Smart Contracts
- Game UI / UX design: UI / UX design via Figma or other similar tools
- Game Development: game ideas / game mechanics / game flows / game features
