NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 141(2)(a)(i) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71 OF 2008

1 In the Status Report of 30 April 2022, the joint business rescue practitioners of Comair
Limited ("the Company") advised that:

"…provided that the CRC can provide the BRPs with a practicable plan by 31 May
2022 to:

12.1 Raise the additional capital funding in a quantum and within a timeframe that
provides for the Company to settle all of its financial obligations as they fall due in
the ordinary course of business; and

12.2 Negotiate with the SA Lenders to confirm their forbearance and condonement
of arrears amounts,

the BRPs continue to reasonably believe that the Company can be rescued…"

2 Regrettably, the requisite funding could not be raised in order for the Company to
continue with its operations.

3 Accordingly, the Company's joint business rescue practitioners give notice herewith that
they no longer believe that there is a reasonable prospect that the Company can be
rescued.

4 All Affected Persons are reminded that all other notices, documents, and the Plan may
be viewed on the Company's website by following this link:
