Private Sale
Closed token sale of 44,000,000 TDX (29.33%)

The first closed round of trading to form a pool for private investors, where
44,000,000 TDX will be distributed at a 10% discount or a price of $0.09,
according to the vesting model. During TGE, 4,400,000 TDX will be available (10%
of stage volume). After 1 month of cliff, ≈ 63,360 TDX will be released daily for 20
months

AirDrop
Drawing of 20,000,000 TDX (13.33%) in the period 25.04.2022 - 25.05.2022 To
increase social activity and attract new users to the site - 20 million TDX are
provided. Users can receive.

CEX Launchpad
Open Tokensale 31.05.2022 - 05.06.2022 for 21,000,000 TDX (14%)

One of two open sales rounds to be held on Tidex's own centralized exchange.
The 21,000,000 TDX will be available for purchase at $0.095. The 3,150,000 TDX
allocated to TGE will be available on 15/06/2022, the day of the start of trading.
Then, after 1 month of clearing, 50,000 TDX will be put on the market daily, for 12
months of vesting

DEX Launchpad
Open token sale on June 15, 2022 for 10,500,000 TDX (7%)

The launchpad on the decentralized exchange will be the final stage when you
can purchase up to 10,500,000 tokens at a 5% discount. DEX Launchpad
Tokenomics consists of 1 month of cliff and 12 months of vesting with daily
payouts of 25,000 TDX

Marketing
Allocation of 24 500 000 TDX (16,33%) 

The fund of 24 500 000 TDX is intended for marketing campaigns focused on

fund is divided into the following groups:

A project team fund of 30 million TDX will be available after a 3-month cliff, and will

Token distributions
The timing of the TDX distribution is based on the method of using the cliff period
and daily vesting.

As early as June 15, 2022, the Token Generation Event (TGE) will be launched. After
one month of the cliff period, the first vesting of Private Sale, CEX and DEX
Launchpad funds will begin, followed in another 5 months by the Team Fund and
AirDrop fund.

The distribution of tokens will depend on the TDX token distribution events shown
in Table 2.
