1) why firm want to build their factories in industrial zones ?

The enterprises want to build their factories in industrial zones

Industrial zones are quite flexible. One of the main advantages that industrial
parks have over other types of real estate construction is that many of them
are, if not more, flexible or easy to reconfigure.

Industrial zones may consist of a combination of production, transportation

and warehousing facilities in the same area. This could include chemical
plants, plastics manufacturers, food and beverage processors or steel
manufacturers.
Industrial parks do not operate solely for the benefit of local industry. This
type of real estate project benefits the country in two ways. First, if its
complex includes local industries that could develop. Second, if the
country's industry is still not strong enough, it can still benefit indirectly by
attracting foreign investment and letting foreign currency into the national
treasury.

All continents have a certain niche and competitive perspective that they
offer to international and foreign investors. For example, Central America is
considered one of the fastest growing regions, with extensive infrastructure
and a substantial amount of natural resources. Something is not insignificant.
The proximity of one industry benefits the next. The finished product of a
particular industry may be the raw material of another. Since both industries
will be located in the same complex, this results in reduced transportation
and fulfillment costs.
Proximity also diminishes industry leaders. Initial investment is low and all
basic infrastructure and supporting facilities are readily available. Thus,
entrepreneurs can focus all their attention on the business and focus on its
growth.

Create more jobs. Industrial zones create many job opportunities and
increase labor mobility. Since many units are labor intensive, there are
opportunities for both skilled and unskilled labor. this makes the factories
more developed and there is no shortage of manpower
2) why countries insist in protecting their infrant industries ?
The countries so resolute in protecting their nascent industries because : Protection
policy has always existed as an essential and important policy from time
immemorial in the economic development of every country because all countries,
whether strong or weak, developed or developing, want to build and develop
domestic manufacturing industries uniform and sustainable. One of the most
concerned aspects of protectionism now for all countries in the world is how to real
protectionism bring positive effects to the country's economy, especially
developing countries with The potential for economic development is strong, but
the potential for economic development is not high. Not out of the world trend,
along with the process of globalization integration has been took place strongly in
Vietnam with the participation of many economic organizations such as ASEAN.
This is an opportunity, but also a challenge knowledge for the economic
development of the country, creating a common playing field and rules to

international trade development. Therefore, the issue of protection is raised to a

new and important level . So, First and foremost is the protection of nascent
industries.
In addition, the industry is young if it is protected by tariff or non-tariff instruments
for a period of time in a certain time, it will grow up and be able to compete with
