CHAPTER ONE
Once upon a time, there was a great kingdom called Zikon. Zikon kingdom is
located in the western part of Linford continent. It topography eastward is
smooth except for a few hills and rocks, scattered in some part, it’s a rainy and
vegetative forest.

The kingdom is very rich in supply of food and cash crops and also mineral
resources. The western part of the kingdom harbors the wealth of the kingdom.
The chief region of most the natural resources such as gold, diamond, rubber
and so on. In the north are plantations which supply the kingdom with spices
and vegetables and also the home of nomads, providers of beefs and hides

Apart from being blessed with natural resources, Zikon kingdom is also the
greatest and most powerful kingdom within its surroundings

Since its creation, the kingdom had been governed by rich and great men of
soaring intelligence and understanding. The present king of the kingdom, King
Ryan is one of the greatest and powerful kings that had ever ruled Zikon
kingdom. King Ryan is a man of war right from is youth days and also he is a
man of wisdom and great intellect when it comes to solving difficulties
concerning the kingdom.

Other kingdoms in the continents such as Mikonda, Florinkay, Gekoth and

many others envy and strive hard to meet the standard of living at Zikon
kingdom

Mikonda ranked the second powerful kingdom but third richest kingdom after
Zikon and Florinkay respectively. The king of Mikonda, King Alexander decide
to have a league battle with Zikon kingdom

The battle was situated at Florinkay kingdom which is between the two
kingdoms

The battle was so dreadful and bloody because most of the Mikonda soldiers
were killed while some were injured. King Alexander sustained a very fatal
injury due to a poisonous arrow shot at him

Also at the Zikon camp, some were killed and others injured including King
Ryan who also sustained a very fatal injury due to a poisonous arrow shot at
him as well

Both camps thereafter retreated to their various kingdoms to take care of

themselves most especially their kings

CHAPTER TWO
Back at Zikon kingdom, Miles Gloz the sorcerer of the kingdom had been
preparing some necessary herbal concoctions and chanting some incantations
for the well-being of the king. Chief Richard and Chief Harold, the chiefs of the
kingdom are both present in the palace waiting for the god’s solution to the
king’s predicament.

After few hours of inquiry from the gods, Miles Gloz then faced the chiefs and
told them that the only solution to the king’s predicament is ……… just then
the Prince, Jayden who was just returning from one of his hunting expenditure
answered Miles Gloz saying “the solution is what………..” Chief Richard then
assured the Prince to be at peace and that everything would be alright

Then Miles Gloz continued his speech saying that the only solution to the king’s
plight is the herb of life at Florinkay kingdom which is situated at the eastern
part of the kingdom. He thereby continued that Prince Jayden would lead the
troop of fourteen other men to get the herb of life

Prince Jayden stood up and went to his father’s chamber to inform him about
the new update.

Also at Mikonda kingdom, Bergen Cehee the sorcerer of the kingdom also told
the chiefs, Chief Harrison and Chief George that the only solution to the king’s
plight is the herb of life at Florinkay kingdom. Florinkay kingdom is situated at
the western part of the Mikonda kingdom.

Chief George and Chief Harrison were deliberating on how they will go about
the new update when Prince Alex volunteered to go with the soldiers to
Florinkay to get the herb of life.

Florinkay kingdom ranked the second richest kingdom after Zikon kingdom but
third powerful kingdom after Zikon and Mikonda kingdoms respectively

At Zikon kingdom, Prince Jayden set out to select the best and powerful among
the soldiers of the kingdom who are capable to embark on the mission with
him.

CHAPTER THREE
After much screening and trials among the soldiers of Zikon kingdom, the
selected soldiers to embark on the mission with Prince Jayden are: Kayden
(Assistant commander and Prince Jayden’s friend), Eric, Scott, David, Jack, Jake,
Leo, Mateo, Harry, Collins, Jackson, Lincoln (King Ryan amour-bearer) and
Austin (Prince Jayden amour-bearer).

Miles Gloz the sorcerer of the kingdom decided to fortify the army before
embarking on the mission. He also gave them some instructions they are to
follow. He told them that there are seven forbidden forests and seven
forbidden rivers they will pass through before getting to Florinkay kingdom. He
proceeded by telling them that any tree or living creature they come across
with red eyes should be avoided because they are cursed. The army of Zikon
kingdom set out to embark on the mission to save the life of their great king
after two days.

After much walk in the mysterious forest, at the third forest, the soldiers of
Zikon became very tired and they all decide to rest under an oak tree, suddenly
Eric, a member of the army noticed that the tree has the three green eyes and
he alerted the other soldiers. One of them, Collins replied Eric saying, “See we
have been walking all this while and we are tired, please can you just allow us
rest because this tree is very………..” but before he could finish his statement,
the tree swallowed him up.

The other soldiers fled after the incident at the tree to embark on the journey

After two days in the mysterious forests, the soldiers arrived at the shore of the
first river. At the shore, they saw three boats , Jackson who was not patient
turned one of the boats and jumped into it without looking at it very well but
unfortunately the boat has the three green eyes and it folded up with Jackson
in it Help! Help!!Help!!! were Jackson last words. The other soldiers tried to
shoot at the boat but few seconds later the boat disappeared.

The other soldiers with fear in their heart except the Prince all went to look for
another boat with thorough investigation that the boat has no eye at all

CHAPTER FOUR
Finally the troop of Zikon kingdom arrived at the border of Florinkay kingdom.
The soldiers were surprised to see the development at Florinkay kingdom. Just
like Zikon kingdom, Florinkay kingdom is full of natural resources like gold,
rubber and so on but Florinkay kingdom is not as rich as Zikon kingdom

Immediately the troop arrived at Florinkay, Harry, Lincoln and Austin had
begun to deliberate on how to steal some of the resources at Florinkay
kingdom without the other soldiers notice just for their greedy selves. While at
the camp, Harry mapped out a plan on how they would steal the resources and
also conspired on how to kill Prince Jayden and Kayden his friend and also buy
the other soldiers to their side for their secret not to leak out.

The soldiers of Mikonda arrived at Florinkay kingdom three days after the
Zikon soldiers had. At the camp of the Zikon soldiers, while deliberating on
how to carry out their mission successfully, Austin came up with the idea of
waging war against the Florinkay kingdom. Kayden and Jake disagree with
Austin opinion saying it would be very risky for them to fight against a whole
kingdom. Kayden further said that they should form an alliance with the
citizens of Florinkay kingdom

After much argument, Prince Jayden told them to exercise patience in other to
think of a way forward before carrying out any plan that will jeopardize the
mission ahead.

News had gone round the kingdom of Florinkay that there are strangers from
another kingdom but no one is sure of their mission in the kingdom. The king
of Florinkay had ordered his soldiers to “close down the gates, nobody in, and
nobody out. Soldiers stand your ground and be vigilant, strangers are in the
city”

At the Zikon camp, Prince Jayden selected five soldiers to spy on the kingdom
so as to know how they would carry out their mission in the kingdom. He also
told the soldiers appointed to spy to be very careful and observant. Austin and
Lincoln were also going about with their plan on how to steal the resources at
Florinkay kingdom

CHAPTER FIVE
One early morning, Prince Jayden woke up without the consent of the other
soldiers just to take a walk. Suddenly he heard a sweet angelic voice from a
faraway distance. Out of curiosity, he decided to trace the voice in order to
know the maiden with such an angelic tune. Just after ten minutes, he came
near the river of the kingdom. It was the Princess of Florinkay, Eva that had
come to the river to take her bath with her maid and two soldiers for security
purpose. Jayden sat close to the river from eye view in other to listen
attentively to the voice.

Princess Eva is a very beautiful and charming maiden that every man desires.
Apart from her royal status, Princess Eva loves fishing and relates with people
not minding their status or background in the kingdom. She is very friendly and
caring which made every citizen of Florinkay loves her so much.

After the incident at the river, Prince Jayden returned to the camp and met
Kayden his friend who was actually looking for him (Jayden) when he noticed
the Prince was not among them. Jayden narrates his encounter to his friend and
also told him that he would like to meet the maiden again and also know more
about her.

At the camp of the Mikonda soldiers, news had gotten to them that the Zikon
soldiers are present in Florinkay and that they are also in the kingdom to get
the herb of life. Frank the commander of the army thereby admonished the
soldiers to get for a second war against the Zikon soldiers as a sign of
vengeance in other to get the herb of life. He mapped out the strategy in which
their operation would be carried out successfully

Also at the at the Zikon camp, Austin and Lincoln brought the idea of waging
war against the Florinkay citizens again but this time Kayden, Eric, Jake and Leo
stood their ground and disagree with the duo saying the citizens of Florinkay
are peaceful and understanding. Eric continued that they should approach them
in a peaceful manner rather than fighting against the innocent people of the
kingdom.

After much deliberation, Jayden instructed them to hold their peace until a
final decision will be taken on how the mission would be carried out.

Sill in the thought of meeting the maiden, Jayden decided to go with his friend
in search of her at the riverside after hearing earlier that she loves fishing. He
met her fishing, she asked in curiosity “I don’t think I have seen this faces
before, are you new here or just passing through our kingdom. Prince Jayden
replied her saying “no my lady, we are here to get the herb of life”

All the soldiers pulled out their swords against them including the Princess.
Kayden also pulled out his sword as well. The Princess continued “speak what
do you need it for”. Prince Jayden replied her saying “I come in peace” he
thereby explained their mission to get the herb of life to save the life of his
dying father who happens to be the king of Zikon kingdom.

After much conversation, both parties departed for their different destinations
hoping to meet some other time

CHAPTER SIX
After the day activities, Princess Eva returned to the palace and narrates her
ordeals with Jayden and Kayden and their mission in the kingdom with her
father

King Anthony thereby admonished his daughter to bring the Prince to the
palace whenever they meet again. As soon as the Princess departed, the king
summoned the presence of the chiefs and sorcerer of the kingdom for counsel
on how to go about the new update

At the palace, Chief Desmond, Chief Alfred and Isabell the sorcerer deliberate
on the situation before them. Isabell then assured the king there is no cause for
alarm but that the soldiers of the kingdom should be vigilant in case of any
emergency

At the camp of the Zikon soldiers, news had gotten to them that the Mikonda
soldiers are present in Florinkay kingdom and they are ready to wage war
against both Zikon and Florinkay kingdom respectively

Prince Jayden admonish the troop that they should get ready for war of
vengeance against the Mikonda soldiers in other to save the inhabitants of
Florinkay kingdom

Harry and his companions out of excitement rejoice that their plan would be
carried out successfully because they had started stealing some of the resources
at Florinkay

The relationship between Prince Jayden and Princess Eva grew strong that the
duo could not be separated. Princess Eva decided to take Jayden to the palace
for proper introduction. At the king palace, king Anthony asked the Prince
about their mission in the kingdom which he answered correctly. The king then
assured Jayden that he will get the herb of life before they leave the kingdom.
The Prince thanked the king before leaving the palace

The Prince narrated his encounter with the king to the other soldiers when he
arrived at the camp. The soldiers were happy except Harry, Austin and Lincoln
who felt that their plans of killing the Prince and Kayden had been shattered
until Scott told them that they would still have to save the inhabitants of
Florinkay from the upcoming war against the Mikonda soldiers

CHAPTER SEVEN
As time went by, the soldiers of Mikonda kingdom carried out their plan as they
began to kill the inhabitants of Florinkay kingdom. News got to the Zikon
soldiers and they prepared to wage war against the Mikonda soldiers to save
the citizens of Florinkay kingdom.

At the battlefield, both the soldiers of Zikon and Florinkay were against the
Mikonda soldiers. During the battle, Prince Jayden and his friend were both
shot at a close range by Harry with the backing of Austin, Lincoln and Martins
who later joined the trio to carry out their plot. David, Jake, Jack and Mateo
were killed alongside few soldiers among the Florinkay troop while all the
soldiers of Mikonda kingdom were killed including the Prince Alex while only
Steve and Mario survived and fled for their dear lives. Eric, Scott and Leo
rescued Prince Jayden and Kayden by taking them to the king’s palace for
safety. Harry, Austin, Martins and Lincoln fled from the scene after carrying out
their plot

After two days, the four soldiers embark on a journey back to Zikon after
concluding on lying to the chiefs that the Prince and other soldiers were killed
by the Mikonda and Florinkay soldiers. They concluded on telling them that
they could not get the herb of life due to the situation

At the palace of King Anthony, ISABELL was busy taking care of Jayden and
Kayden. Princess Eva was more caring to the duo because the love she had for
Jayden is beyond measures. Also Scott, Eric and Leo stood by the Prince and his
friend because the duo were like friend and brothers to them

After five days, Prince Jayden and Kayden came back strong and healthy with
the help of the herbs which Isabell had been prescribing on them. Eric and Scott
narrates what transpired to Jayden and how Austin, Lincoln, Harry and martins
had despised them and had returned back to Zikon just because they declined
their offer and decided to rescue them (Jayden and Kayden). Jayden then
assured them that everything will be alright and he and Kayden are now very
hale and healthy

CHAPTER EIGHT
Few days later, Jayden announced to the king of Florinkay kingdom that they
are set to return to Zikon. He thanked the king and the chiefs for their kind
gestures toward him and his companions. He also thanked them for giving
enough herbs to cure their dying king. Princess Eva could not stop crying
because her love for Jayden had grown beyond comprehension and the fear of
losing him was the reason for her incessant tears. Jayden assured her that he
will surely comeback as soon as possible and that he just have to go and save
his dying father back at Zikon

King Anthony also thanked the Prince and his companions for helping them
fight against the Mikonda soldiers who waged war against them just to get the
herb of life. The Prince, Kayden, Eric, Scott and Leo embark on the back to
Zikon kingdom two days later.

Back at Zikon kingdom, Lincoln and his companions arrived at the king’s palace
to announce the sad news of the Prince death and also their inability to get the
herbs of life due to the fierce war between the Zikon soldiers, Florinkay soldiers
and the Mikonda soldiers who also came to Florinkay to get the herbs of life as
well. Everyone in Zikon kingdom were happy at the arrival of Harry and his
companions because they knew their king would finally rise up on his feet. On
the other hand, they were also curious with the absence of Prince Jayden and
this developed so many questions in their heart

At the king’s palace, Martins announced the death of Prince Jayden and the
soldier due to the war between Zikon, Florinkay and Mikonda. Everyone present
in the palace were very sad after hearing the sad news

Immediately, Miles Gloz the sorcerer requested for the herbs of life, Harry
replied him saying “we are sorry we could not get the herbs due to the fierce
and bloody war and also the Florinkay citizens were not ready to release the
herbs to any foreigner in their kingdom. The entire kingdom was shattered to
hear the bad news. Everyone wept over the loss of their beloved Prince and also
their great king who is about to join his ancestors due to the inability to get the
herbs of life

While the whole of Zikon kingdom were in the state of mourning, martins
Harry, Lincoln and Austin with joy in their heart celebrated their well planned
and carried out atrocities

CHAPTER NINE
The kingdom of Mikonda could not withhold the news of their dead soldiers
and dearest Prince in Florinkay kingdom which Steve and Mario delivered on
their return to the kingdom. The fear of losing their king was on every citizen
mind now that their only heir to the throne is dead. King Alexander could not
survive the shock of the news that his only son and heir to the throne of
Mikonda died alongside his soldiers. He collapsed and died three days after he
heard the bad news.

Prince Jayden and his companions arrived at Zikon kingdom five days later and
were surprised at the reaction of the citizens towards them. All the citizens of
Zikon that came across them fled for their dear lives claiming that they were
ghosts. News had gotten to the palace that the citizens of Zikon kingdom are
seeing the ghost of their dead Prince and some of the soldiers

The Prince and others arrived at the palace and met the chiefs and the sorcerer
(Miles Gloz) sitting beside the dying king hoping to hear his last words before
he join his ancestors. Everyone in the palace were also afraid on seeing the
Prince and his companions but Miles Gloz assured everyone to keep calm that
they are human and not spirit

Prince Jayden presented the herb of life to Miles Gloz and he also assured them
that it works effectively because he (Jayden) and Kayden are living examples

Miles Gloz began the necessary concoction in other to get king back to his feet.
After many trials, King Ryan came back to his normal being after long days of
illness. King Ryan thanked his son for making it possible to get the herb of life.

Prince Jayden narrated their ordeals during the mission and how Harry,
Martins, Lincoln and Austin conspired to kill him (Jayden) and his friend
(Kayden) in other to cover their secrets of stealing the natural resources at
Florinkay kingdom. He continued by thanking Scott, Leo and Eric for declining
the offer proposed to them by Harry and his cohorts in other to kill the Prince.

King Ryan immediately summoned the other soldiers in the kingdom to get,
Austin Martins, Lincoln and Harry arrested and should be thrown in the prison
till their final judgment is declared. The king also blessed Kayden, Eric, Leo and
Scott with one-quarter of the kingdom and he also assured them that they are
free to visit the palace at any time they want to

After few days, King Ryan declared that martins and his cohorts be stoned to
death at the centre of the kingdom as the punishment for the evil atrocities
they committed

CHAPTER TEN
Time went by; Prince Jayden confessed his love for Princess Eva of Florinkay to
his father. King Ryan thereby asked his son if he was sure Princess Eva loved
him in return and he responded positive. His father thin assured him that he
would make everything possible for him to marry the Princess

King Ryan appointed some delegates to King Anthony of Florinkay kingdom in

respect of his son’s desire to marry the Princess. The delegates arrived at
Florinkay and headed straight to the king’s palace to deliver the message their
great king.

King Anthony summoned the presence of his lovely and beautiful daughter to
the palace and he introduced the delegates from Zikon to her and also their
mission in the palace. He continued by asking his daughter if she loves Prince
Jayden and would wish to marry him which she also responded positively

The delegates from Zikon kingdom were very happy and delighted at the
Princess response and they returned to Zikon to deliver the good news to their
king

The news of Prince Jayden getting married to the Princess of Florinkay

kingdom had spread all over Zikon kingdom like a wild fire and this made the
citizens of the kingdom very happy and excited and everyone in the kingdom
waits patiently for the glorious day to come

Also at Florinkay kingdom, the whole kingdom were happy with the good news
that Princess Eva would be getting married to Prince Jayden of Zikon kingdom
because Prince Jayden been good to them during their stay in Florinkay and all
the citizens of the kingdom were waiting patiently for that day

Finally the day of the ceremony arrived and the people of Zikon kingdom were
up to task. The whole kingdom was in a festive mood; the people of Zikon had
invited friends and relative from other kingdoms to witness the glorious event.
Also the Florinkay citizens were happy to the glorious ceremony of the Princess
marriage to the Prince

The messengers of both kingdoms woke up early in the morning to announce

the marriage ceremony. The ceremony was scheduled to hold by 12:00 noon
but the venue was full to capacity by 11:00am. The people were excited about
the ceremony and everyone wanted to be part of the ceremony and not told

The marriage ceremony was the talk of the town for a very long time. Prince
Jayden and Princess Eva lived happily and joyfully
