Rain On Me Music Video and Insight

A new music video of Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga was released on 22 May 2020. The two singers
collaborated for the latest music video. The name of the new music video is Rain on Me. The video
made a debut on the midnight of Friday which was the new and latest joint single of the two famous
singers. Gaga is also releasing her album 'Chromatica' on May 29. The latest song will be featured as
the second song of the upcoming album.

The single was dropped in late Thursday night and Gaga tweeted, "If You were up all night drinking
wine on calls W ur friends listening to #RainonMe U better wake up and get some coffee for that
hangover cuz the video is out."

As the name of the video suggests, the latest one is all about dancing and singing in the rain. The one
thing worth mentioning in the video is the best fetish-inspired fashions of the two stars. In the
video, both are seen in all types of latex dresses and bodysuits.

The song gives the feel of the early 2000s which attracts the interest of that era popstars via its kinky
fashion choices. In the video, Gaga had worn a pink and black colored Vex's latex bodysuit and a
chain embellished bodysuit. Grande was seen wearing a black colored Vex's latex dress and a mini
skirt with butterfly wings attached and lavender colored latex with a full skirt and bra top.

In the first chorus, both Grande and Gaga are separated concerning choreography and color. The
signature staccato dance style of Gaga was complemented by her hot pink theme, while the flirtier
and softer movements of Grande were brought out by her purple outfit. But, in the second chorus
both of them came together for the cathartic dance party.

The video was filmed before the pandemic in which Gaga and Grande are seen dancing with their
respective crews. At the beginning of the video, it is seen that the sky opens from which not only
rain but also knives fall. One knife, while falling goes into the thigh of Gaga which was taken out by
her in the middle of the video. The ending of the video was very sweet where both are seen hugging
each other.

The Rain On Me video teaches the power of friendship. Their friendship has also helped them get
through the dark times. Grande tweeted, One time… I met a woman who knew pain the same way I
did. Who cried as much as I did, drank as much wine as I did, ate as much pasta as I did and who's
heart was bigger than her whole body. She immediately felt like a sister to me. She then held my
hand and invited me into the beautiful world of Chromatica and together, we got to express how
