The undersigned students from the College of Education, under the program Bachelor
of Secondary Education major in science are recently conducting a research study
entitled, “Online Distance Learning Classroom Management Practices of High
School Teachers in Agusan National High School” as a partial fulfillment of the
requirements of the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science.

The research hopes to assess the classroom management practices teachers used in
the new normal online distance learning. The participants of the study are the high
school teachers in Agusan National High School.

In this connection, may we request from your good office a permission to conduct a
pilot test for our survey questionnaire to five (5) high school teachers handling online
classes last quarter. This will be used as sample population of our study. Rest assured
that the findings of the test will be treated with utmost care and confidentiality.
